Associated Broadcasting Company Pvt Ltd (ABCPL) is all set to enter the Hindi news genre with its new channel TV9 Bharatvarsh, Plan launched next month. The channel, will be free to air news and will be available across all the platforms Cable, DTH and Digital platforms worldwide.
Already a market leader in regional media with six news channels in different parts of the country mainly south, this will be TV9 network‘s grand entry into the national media with its expert journalistic experience. TV9 Bharatvarsh will strive to change national television with its unique style of aggressive presentation blended with investigative journalism that will focus on the rights of the people. The Hindi channel will bring back issues that really matter and use the medium of television preserving the core values of humanity and people’s interests in the put front. TV9 Bharatvarsh will not promote superstitions like Astrology.
TV9 Telugu has been continuously topping the list of the Telugu news channels in terms of TRPs. Whether the Hindi channel TV9 Bharatvarsh will be successful in replicating the Telugu channel’s success streak in North India, which is dominated by national networks, remains to be seen.
